Still looking

The job hunt continues again today. I applied for numerous jobs this morning, and just received a phone call about 20 minutes ago from another recruiter. I was unable to take the call and tried to call him back, but he was on the phone. Right now things look like I may be leaving this company and starting my new life elsewhere.

During my lunch today, I was looking through other peoples blogs again. I found one which is very interesting to me. It resembles my relationship with my ex-wife, from her side of the story. Unlike this blog, I never physically hurt or even touched my wife in that way, but I do know that I didn't always hold up my end to the chores at home. I did help out when I could, but we both had jobs, and I was trying to advance my career at the time. This required me to spend longer hours at work and less time at home. So she ended up doing most of the chores at home, like dishes, cooking, cleaning, and other day to day things. I usually got home and didn't have a lot of energy for her, but she never really said anything about it, and I was to dumb to see what was happening until it was to late. There are so many things that I wish I could go back and do differently, but everyone has things in their life they wish they could do over. If you get a chance, give this one a read...notsopinkanymore

CC and I are going out to eat tonight, and then going home to watch the Pistons game. We only need 1 more win to claim the championship. If they win, I will be jumping up and down for 3 days. All of my teams are doing well this year. Patriots - Champions, Pistons - close, Twins - doing well, but need to step it up. This could be the "Year of 38DD". You may find that funny if you were a Sienfield fan. (Just like the "Year of George")

Just got a call from yet another recruiter. Things are looking good, just need some solid leads now. Recruiters always make it sound good, they are just like sales people, trying to get you to buy into everything. I will give you more of an update tomorrow.
